Welcome to Nex Hosting. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the access, contracting and use of our hosting services, in particular Minecraft and Unturned hosting, offered through our website, control panel and any other related platform.
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a hosting plan or using our services, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from contracting or using our services.
Nex Hosting is a hosting provider specialized in offering optimized plans for game servers, in particular Minecraft and Unturned. Our mission is to make it easy for users to create, manage and enjoy their servers simply and efficiently.
We are not owners, developers, nor affiliated in any way with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Smartly Dressed Games, or the creators of the games we host. Nex Hosting acts solely as a provider of technological infrastructure.
Nex Hosting provides virtual servers optimized for hosting Minecraft, Unturned and, where offered, other compatible games.
The Client has full control over the configuration of their server within technical and legal limits.
Service availability depends on technical, maintenance and third-party (infrastructure providers) factors; therefore 100% uptime is not guaranteed, though we strive for maximum stability.
By contracting or using our services, the Client agrees that:

Nex Hosting does not monitor server content and is not responsible for what Clients or users do within them.
Charges are made in United States dollars (USD). Any currency conversion shown on the website or at checkout is informative only and may differ from the amount ultimately charged by the bank or payment provider.
Bank, foreign-exchange (FX), gateway, or third-party fees are the Client's responsibility. Nex Hosting does not refund or compensate those fees.
Applicable taxes (for example VAT or others) may be added at checkout according to applicable rules and the tax information provided.
By purchasing a server or subscription, the Client accepts the creation of a recurring charge that renews automatically every month or according to the billing period selected at checkout until cancelled through official channels.
Refunds are available only under the circumstances expressly set out in these Terms, unless otherwise required by law. Any formal refund request must be submitted exclusively through Nex Hosting's official channels: the client area/panel, the support ticket system, or the official support email (support@nexhost.cc).
Informal messages on Discord, chats, or social media do not constitute a formal refund request and do not interrupt any deadlines. Nex Hosting may reject requests not submitted through official channels.
Minecraft hosting does not offer an unconditional refund window. A refund may only be considered if the Client reports in writing, through official channels, a failure of the clean/base software or panel provided by Nex Hosting, and after reasonable support efforts the issue attributable to Nex Hosting remains unresolved.
In particular, the following do not entitle the Client to a refund: the Client's lack of technical knowledge; incorrect configuration by the Client or by third parties authorized by the Client; mods, plugins, datapacks, modpacks, or custom configurations; corrupted worlds; resource abuse; Client errors; third-party incompatibilities; or user modifications.
For Unturned and other games other than Minecraft, the Client may request a 100% refund within the first 48 hours from payment confirmation, exclusively through official channels, provided there is no breach of these Terms, abuse, chargeback/payment dispute, or cause attributable to the Client.
After 48 hours, a refund may only be considered under the same clean/base software or Nex Hosting panel failure standard described for Minecraft.
Renewals are never refundable. The Client must cancel auto-renewal in the client area before the scheduled charge.
Cancelling auto-renewal on time through official channels typically allows use of the service until the end of the already-paid period; it does not create a right to a partial refund or proration.
Without limitation, the following do not entitle the Client to a refund:
In the event of a chargeback, regardless of the payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or otherwise), Nex Hosting may immediately delete the contracted server, treat any commercial refund as waived, and may take further account measures it deems necessary.
If a payment is placed on hold, disputed, under antifraud/manual review, chargeback process, frozen, bank-blocked, or if for any reason funds are not effectively credited to Nex Hosting's account, Nex Hosting may suspend, delay provisioning, or withhold delivery of any service or item until definitive confirmation of funds. Time elapsed during the hold does not generate extensions, uptime guarantees, or compensation.
NexT, balances, internal credits, and related benefits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions may only be considered for a demonstrable billing error, or for residual PayPal recurring charges after a late cancellation (in which case the corresponding credit may be removed and, where applicable, refunded to PayPal).
When a refund is due, Nex Hosting may issue it to the original payment method, as internal credit, or by an equivalent means, at its reasonable discretion and subject to the payment provider's limitations.
After expiry without payment, the service may be suspended. Server data is retained for a maximum of about 3 days (the product's usual grace period). Afterwards it may be deleted with no recovery guarantee.
Subscription cancellations or termination requests must be made only through official channels (client area/panel, support tickets, or official support email). Informal communications do not guarantee cancellation or the stopping of future charges.
The user acknowledges and accepts that, by initiating the provision of the digital service immediately and with their express consent, they waive their right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations.
Nex Hosting is not responsible for the use the Client or third parties make of the contracted servers.
All activity performed on the contracted servers is the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Client understands and accepts that Nex Hosting is completely detached from any consequence derived from:
Minecraft is a product owned by Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation.
By creating a server with Nex Hosting, the Client agrees to comply with the Minecraft EULA (End User License Agreement) available at: https://www.minecraft.net/eula.
Nex Hosting has no direct relationship with Mojang/Microsoft and acts solely as a technical infrastructure provider.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that their use of Minecraft complies with the EULA provisions and any other agreement established by Mojang/Microsoft.
Nex Hosting does not warrant the services to be error-free, uninterrupted or vulnerability-free. Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nex Hosting may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through our website or by email. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish and European law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Nex Hosting's registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
